The high-level goals of this usability testing were to: Identify any usability barriers across the website and the booking journey (Ensure the UX works, Ease of Booking) Identify any issues surrounding the Information Architecture (IA) and navigation of the website (Ensure the UX works) Identify how effective the content is in meeting the users’ needs (Make sure the content is relevant) Understand user perceptions surrounding the luxury hotel chain brand (Brand narrative) .
We conducted remote usability test sessions with English speaking participants in UAE and with Arabic and Madarin speaking participants in Saudi Arabia and China respectively.To gauge any usability issues, participants were asked to perform a series of tasks on the website.
