Buying journey and new product exploration for an MNC into stationary products.
Research objective included, Conducting design thinking interviews with different target audience like Children, Parents, Shop keepers and Teachers to understand their needs, pain points, dynamics with different target groups, priorities, motivations and influencers for each audience. Large scale design thinking interviews were conducted across India, inlcuding tier 3 cities and remote villages. Wider target audience approach was logistically challenging but had extremely rich insights.
